The possible line-ups of PSG-Real Madrid this Tuesday

On the eve of the Champions League round of 16 between Paris and Madrid, it is already possible to define the first trends in terms of the line-ups for this PSG vs. Real Madrid.

Three months after the draw that announced this great duel in the round of 16 of the Champions League, PSG will meet one of their great European rivals, Real Madrid, and the daily press already gives some clues about the line-ups of both teams.

The uncertainties are, in general, quite minimal on both sides, the typical teams have clearly emerged in the two teams, and even there is only one real doubt regarding the Parisian table; the uncertainty refers to the goalkeeper position between Keylor Navas and Gianluigi Donnarumma, although the former seems favorite.

L'ÉQUIPE thinks that Danilo will appear as a right midfielder, with Paredes leading the defense and Verratti on the left. Other than that, no surprises in sight.

PSG's possible line-up against Real Madrid: Navas or Donnarumma - Hakimi, Marquinhos, Kimpembe, Mendes - Danilo, Paredes, Verratti - Di Maria, Messi, Mbappé.

Real Madrid's possible line-up against PSG: Courtois - Carvajal, Militão, Alaba, Mendy - Modric, Casemiro, Kroos - Asensio, Benzema or Bale, Vinicius.

As for Real Madrid, in theory there are no longer injured. If they make the trip to Paris as the press has announced, Ferland Mendy, but above all Karim Benzema, are not entirely sure of starting. The second has not yet completed a full training session with his teammates and his presence at the kick-off will be decided tonight. In case of absence, it is Gareth Bale who will line up in front, as in Villarreal this Saturday (0-0).
